Return & Exchange Policy
3 STEP RETURNS PROCESS
Complete the returns forms detailing your order number, item returned and reason for return.
Return your order in original packaging and condition within 28 days of receiving to the return address along with the completed returns form.
Upon receiving your returned package we will process your requested refund or exchange.
Returns should be shipped with Royal Mail tracking* as insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
*Return cost will be refunded
You have 28 days to make a return.
Return through your local Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
Your return will be processed in approximately 8 working days.
For exchanges, once the return has been received you will be sent the new item(s) within 2-3 days.
Please note, item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed. All item(s) must be returned in its original condition, with its tags still attached. Any item(s) returned in an unsalable condition may be rejected and not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. We require up to 8 working days on receiving the item(s). Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
